I saw a young lady arrested on Wade Hampton Boulevard at Taylors Wal-Mart and she may have been waiting for the bus. Deputies in street clothing handcuffed her with arms behind her back and put her in the back of a sheriff's car for about 10 minutes and then released her. That lady sure has a case of false arrest and kidnapping because she was detained and her rights violated. I sure hope she will get her a good lawyer to sue them.
